Particularly the tons of historical information with emphasis on the Vedas make for an intriguing read. I can almost hear his voice in my head going, Look! Here we are witnessing Krishna era blends with today’s era. Like a reviewer before me said, its not that this book is bad.

I am really not sure why most of the feedback for this book says that the first half is great and the second half, not so much. I am seriously skeptical about both. The dialogues, choice of words, all look a bit krushna at many places, especially in the initial portions of the book.

It also means, we don’t get to spend enough quality time with any of the characters to be able to develop an attachment to them, and end up not caring about anything that happens to any of them – One of the characters nearly dies in an avalanche!
