Reality bites

I have just finished Incendiary after 4 days of reading and also found the book superbly written. And uncendiary are others when Cleave gives us reason to laugh out loud. Our Book club has read both books as well with good reviews. Dunno how you are doing inceneiary, but please go on, I havent read anything more striking in ages.

I loved incendary but I think the protagonist needs to explained better. All that we suffer and all that we endure, especially when we endure it patiently, builds up our characters, purifies our hearts, expands our souls, and makes us more tender and charitable, more worthy to be called the children of God. If readers can’t handle books like these they should stick to Young Adult, romance, or Chick Lit. Cleave has a blog that is very good. She grapples not only with her own short comings, but those of the country in which she lives complicated by those imposed on her society by a foreign country and still she chooses life.
